BlueSeas Advertising and Sponsorship Policy
We are not going to bore you with some 200 point bullet list of what we accept or do not accept in the way of advertising on the BlueSeas website. Let's simply say that if your advertising campaign is relevant to the content of our website and is not "X" Rated, it is acceptable. That being said, BlueSeas in its sole discretion will make that determination and additionally reserves the right to reject ads deemed to be unacceptable for any reason or for no reason at all.
Advertising Policy
Below is a listing of guidelines that we attempt to follow:
Advertising will be limited as to quantity. We are not going to cram our pages full of advertisements in order to generate revenue. Existing CPC advertisements will be removed or relocated on a one for one basis to limit the possibility of adjacent competitive advertisements to provide the maximum return to our paid advertisers.
All advertising is non-rotational. This means that your ad and only your ad will appear in the slot you purchase (unless you specifically request otherwise,) providing you with maximum exposure.
Advertising must be of the highest quality. While we will not run advertisements that appear to be designed and drawn by a 3 year old, it is important for you to strike a balance between high quality art work and your banner file size. Banners that seriously affect page loading speeds will not be accepted. Please keep your file sizes as small as possible.
Advertising must be relevant to our content. We realize that many in the boating community are also golfers, but advertisements featuring golf clubs are still not relevant. That being said, we have allocated a single ad space on most of our pages where non-relevant ads may be placed.

Advertising Guidelines
- All advertising prices are in USD.
- Payments are accepted via PayPal (recommended) or direct payment by check (much slower).
- You must supply your own creatives (fancy word for advertisements). If you do not have an in house design team, a Google Search for "Banner Makers near me" will generally turn up someone close to your base of operations.
- Animated banners are acceptable, but we discourage them. Please, keep them reasonable to avoid rejection.
- Please keep the size of your file(s) as small as possible.
- Prices may change at any time.
- Ads are non-refundable unless you contact BlueSeas via email within 24 hours of placing your order.
- All advertisements will link directly to your website.
- Once again, BlueSeas’ reserves the right to reject ads deemed to be unacceptable for any reason or for no reason at all.
Endorsement
At no time does the appearance of any advertising on this website imply endorsement of the advertised company, product, or service unless specifically stated otherwise. Advertisers do not affect editorial content in any way.
Reporting
BlueSeas can provide status reports of impressions and clicks at the advertiser’s request.
Pricing
Pricing is variable on your selection of ad size and page location. Discounts are offered on ad run lengths of 3 months or greater and runs on multiple pages.
