1. Information BlueSeas gathers and tracks

BlueSeas gathers two types of information about users:

* Information that users provide through optional, voluntary submissions. These are voluntary submissions for advertising and website listings that you have requested.

* Information BlueSeas gathers through aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our sites. This information allows us to better tailor our content and to better understand the demographics of our audience.

Under no circumstances does BlueSeas divulge any information about an individual user to any third party.

BlueSeas Gathers User Information In The Following Processes:

a) Optional Voluntary Information.

We offer the following free and paid services, which require some type of voluntary submission of personal information by users:

Advertising and website listing - BlueSeas gathers the email addresses and other personally identifying information of users who voluntarily request services from us.

b) Usage Tracking

BlueSeas tracks user traffic patterns throughout our site. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. BlueSeas does break down overall usage statistics according to a user's domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser).

BlueSeas sometimes tracks and catalogs the search terms that users enter in order to find our site, but this tracking is never associated with individual users. We use tracking information to determine which areas of our sites users like and don't like based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you.

2. Use of Information

BlueSeas uses any information voluntarily given by our users to provide them with the services they request. As stated above, we use information that users voluntarily provide in order to offer advertising and website listings. BlueSeas never shares this information with any third parties unless specific approval is first provided by you.

When we use tracking information to determine which areas of our sites users like and don't like based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you. We track search terms entered in search functions as one of many measures of what interests our users. But we don't track which terms a particular user enters.

BlueSeas also uses third party advertisements and website listings to support our site. Some of these advertisers may use technology such as cookies and web beacons when they advertise on our site, which will also send these advertisers information including IP addresses, service providers , the browser you are using, and in some cases, whether you have Flash installed. This information is generally used for geotargeting purposes.

You can choose to disable or selectively turn off our cookies or third-party cookies in your browser settings, or by managing preferences in programs such as Norton Internet Security. However, this can affect how you are able to interact with the internet as a whole. This could include the inability to login to services or programs, such as logging into forums or accounts.

3. Sharing of the Information

BlueSeas will not share information about individual users with any third party, except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.

4. Security

BlueSeas’ data network is protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our customers.

5. Children

Consistent with the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without requesting parental consent.
